Support the development and execution of sustainable finance strategies and products. Identify green financing opportunities in line with the applicable Green Finance Taxonomy.
Evaluate business lending proposals against ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance) principles.
Conduct awareness programmes for frontline staff on sustainable finance initiatives.
Support greenhouse gas (GHG) calculations, SLFRS S1 and SLFRS S2 reporting, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Minimum of three (3) years of experience in sustainability, ESG, risk management, corporate strategy, or compliance within the banking or financial services sector
Bachelor’s degree or professional qualifications in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Sociology, or a related field.
Knowledge of ESG principles and sustainable finance will be an added advantage.
Strong passion for climate finance and sustainable business practices.
