PROCUREMENT NOTICE: DEPARTMENT OF GOVERNMENT PRINTING

The Chairman of the Procurement Committee at the Department of Government Printing in Sri Lanka invites sealed bids from eligible local manufacturers and suppliers for the procurement of printing materials.

Tender Requirements & Specifications:

• Item Description: White Printing Paper – 24″ – 70gsm ± 2.5%
• Bid Reference: SI/LP/WPP/2026/72
• Quantity Required: 150 MT ± 5%
• Bid Closing Date & Time: 25/09/2026 at 10.00 a.m. (bids will be opened immediately thereafter)
• Non-Refundable Fee: Rs. 11,500.00
• Bid Security: Rs. 585,000.00

Document Issuance & Submission Guidelines:

Bidding documents can be obtained on official working days between 9.00 a.m. and 3.00 p.m. from 11/09/2026 to 24/09/2026 at the Supplies Division. Applicants must submit a written request along with the required non-refundable fee for the bid.
