Job Role
- Support the development and execution of sales strategies to promote air conditioning solutions to corporate clients.
- Assist in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, contractors, and consultants.
- Coordinate the preparation and submission of proposals and quotations in line with client requirements and company guidelines.
- Liaise with technical team to ensure proposed solutions meet client needs and project expectations.
- Track sales activities, maintain records, and support project follow-ups to ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to the senior sales team to identify potential opportunities for growth.
Personal Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (HVAC knowledge preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or project sales in the air conditioning or related industries.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to engage corporate clients and consultants.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with HVAC systems, project dynamics, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, project management tools, and MS Office.
