Job Profile

Manage daily operations of Online Banking, Debit Cards, IPG, and e-Wallet platforms, ensuring seamless functionality, adherence to SLAs, and a high-quality customer experience.
Prepare and submit timely, accurate reports to CBSL, Visa, Mastercard, and LankaPay in compliance with regulatory and network reporting requirements.
Generate and analyze MIS reports to monitor key performance indicators, identify anomalies, and support strategic decision-making.
Collaborate with IT to define requirements, improve system-generated reports, and ensure high availability and reliability of digital platforms.
Process chargebacks, reversals, and other dispute-related transactions within compliance timelines, while resolving customer queries efficiently.
Manage daily and periodic reconciliation and settlement with payment networks and local switches, ensuring accurate and timely financial processing.

Candidate Profile

Ideal Candidate should be between 25-35 years.
An academic record including successful completion of GCE A/L.
Sound knowledge in Banking & Fin-Tech applications.
Prior experience in CEFTS / Mobile Payments / Cards would be an added advantage.
Possess Strong analytical and interpersonal skills in managing projects.
A dynamic and result-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
