We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Assistant Service Manager – Motor Bikes to support and strengthen island-wide after-sales operations for Lima, TAILG, and Safari motorbike brands. This role plays a key part in developing service infrastructure, managing service networks, and ensuring consistent service quality across authorized dealers and workshops.
Job Profile
- Support and develop island-wide authorized service centers and dealer workshops for motorbike brands.
- Coordinate after-sales service operations, monitoring service turnaround time, efficiency, and warranty claims.
- Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support for mechanical and electrical issues, including ICE and EV systems.
- Manage escalated customer complaints to ensure timely resolution and high customer satisfaction.
- Organize and conduct technical training programs for service technicians and dealer staff.
- Monitor service KPIs and prepare periodic performance and service reports for management.
Person Profile
- Degree or Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- 3–6 years’ experience in motorbike or automotive service operations or after-sales service environments.
- Strong technical knowledge of motorbike systems, including ICE and electric vehicle technologies.
- Proven ability in service operations management, dealer/service network coordination, and complaint handling.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills with attention to service quality and compliance.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills with a hands-on approach.
